Ragi is rich in protein, calcium, iron, and dietary fiber, making it a nutritious addition to the diet. There are numerous ways to prepare finger millet, including dosa, idli, and laddu. In southern India, on pediatrician’s recommendation, finger millet is used in preparing baby food, because of millet’s exceptional nutritional content.
